  Provides short-term in-home assistance to seniors age 60 and older. Seniors who are discharged from the hospital or are recovering from a long illness may apply. Or, those in other similar situations. Services are available at no cost. Priority is given to those who are frail, age 75 and older, isolated, and with greatest economic need.
  
  Services include:
  -Household support with light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and food preparation
  -Help with non-medical personal services, such as bathing, dressing and hair care
  -Assistance with chores, heavy cleaning, trimming trees, and removal of weeds/rubbish to ensure safety around the home.
